Equipment designed for continuous board grading. Boards are received in the S-type unitizer and aligned on one side. Chain tracks transport the boards to the hydraulic lifting table.
Once the wood is aligned, mechanical trimmers form the board layers. A presence sensor detects when the board layer is complete. A fork assembly moves the board layer to the hydraulic lifting table, which gradually lowers as the bundle is formed by the deposited layers. The fork assembly returns to the initial position for the next cycle or layer.
Equipment prepared to work with green wood. The system consists of an S-type board unitizer, helical aligner, lance displacement cart, lifting table, and operation platform.
Includes a control panel with a variable frequency drive for system speed control. Also features an operation platform with access gates and upper/lower interlocks on the access sides for positioning partition carts.
