Equipment designed for continuous board grading. A compact machine with an integrated unitizer, where boards are received, unitized, and aligned on one side. Chain tracks transport boards to the hydraulic lifting table. Once the wood is aligned, mechanical trimmers form board layers. A presence sensor detects when the board layer is complete. A fork assembly moves the board layer to the hydraulic lifting table, which gradually lowers as layers are deposited. The fork assembly returns to the initial position for the next cycle or layer. The unitizer conveyors turn off and restart at each cycle to avoid transmission shocks. Designed to work with green wood.
The equipment consists of a board unitizer with integrated aligning rollers, a lance displacement cart, a lifting table, and an operation platform. It includes a control panel with a variable frequency drive for system speed control. Also comes with an operation platform with access gates and upper/lower interlocks on the access sides for positioning partition carts.
