The COMPACT600 Forest Chipper, mounted on a truck chassis, features a steel mesh infeed conveyor with an articulated system, an articulated rubber belt discharge conveyor for transport, a toothed upper feed roller with pressing action, a lower traction roller, and a hydraulic counter-knife extractor.
It is equipped with a DC09 074A diesel engine with automatic load control, allowing the chipper to operate autonomously through hydraulic drives for the roller traction system and cylinder movement. The unit includes an automated clutch, remote control with 10 functions, and a dashboard display providing engine operating data and alarm indicators.
