Equipment for grading and end-trimming lumber with constant flow. Boards are received at the "s" board unitizer and aligned on one side. Chain conveyor ways transport the boards to the hydraulic lift table. The chain conveyor with pullers aligns the wood using rollers and feeds it to the end trimmer, which performs a cut on each end of the board. After the wood is end-trimmed, trimmers form the board layers. A presence sensor identifies if the board layer is complete. A set of forks moves the board layer to the hydraulic lift table, which descends gradually as the bundle forms and layers are deposited. The fork assembly returns to the initial position for the next cycle or layer. This equipment is designed to work with green lumber. The equipment consists of an "s" board unitizer, a conveyor with aligner, an end trimmer, a board transfer conveyor, a lance traversing carriage, a lift table, and an operation platform. It includes a control panel with a frequency inverter for system speed control. It also comes with an operation platform featuring access gates and upper and lower interlocking on the access sides for the placement of stacking carts.
